A quick shower before getting into the cold water helps us keep our plunge tubs clean and fresh for everyone to enjoy. We want every person who visits STōKED to have the best possible experience, and looking after our space together is a big part of that.

So next time you visit, please remember to shower before you plunge. It makes a difference! ❤️

What a weekend we’ve had at STōKED! 🔥❤️

We really do love October in Llangollen, crisp mornings, autumn colours, the river looking beautiful and, of course, the perfect excuse to get in the sauna and warm up. 🍂🔥

Sunday afternoon was extra special as we welcomed three lots of our 1st Anniversary Competition winners! 🥳

It was great to welcome to Tracey & some of the Tyn Dwr Hall crew, Beth Bull & Kellie Royle & Co, we hope you all had the best time, enjoyed your sauna, cold plunges 🔥🥶

Exciting news — I have a few spaces available in my Pilates classes! ✨

What a lovely time to either try Pilates for the first time or get back into your practice. Everyone is very welcome, and I also offer a complete beginners’ class in Corwen for anyone who is new to Pilates and would like to start from the beginning.

STōKED SAWNA

Apparently, the sauna is the new dating hotspot.

We’re not entirely surprised.

There’s something rather lovely about spending an hour or two somewhere warm, quiet and phone-free, with nothing much to do except talk.

No loud bar.
No awkward small talk over dinner.
Just the heat, the river Dee,a cold plunge and time to actually get to know someone.

And so, inspired by the BBC declaring saunas the new dating hotspot, we thought we’d put it to the test…

Tonight, Llangollen looked like this. ❤️

And while everyone else is tucked up in bed tomorrow morning, we’ll be up with the sunrise…

🔥 getting the fire going
🪵 getting STōKED
🧊 getting the plunges ready
🌊 and getting everything set for our first guests at 9am.

There’s something pretty special about being down by the Dee when the town is still waking up.

Quiet.
Cold.
A little bit magical.

And then… the first logs go on, the temperature starts climbing and STōKED comes to life. 🔥
