Dyeing for a Cut

✨A little reminder about my cancellation policy ✨

I completely understand that sometimes life happens and plans have to change. However, last-minute cancellations or just not answering your door to me has a real impact on my small business.

When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, I’m often unable to fill that space, which means valuable time and income are lost. As a small business, this can be really disheartening and I kindly ask that you remember there is a person behind the business and your appointment.

Please remember that my cancellation policy applies to all appointments. If you need to cancel or rearrange, I ask that you give as much notice as possible.

Any last-minute cancellation will need to be paid in full before another appointment can be booked.

Failure to settle the outstanding payment will mean that no further appointments will be made.

I also want to make it clear that while I’m always happy to communicate and resolve things professionally, rude, disrespectful or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and I reserve the right not to book anyone back in.

I absolutely love what I do and I’m so grateful for every single client who supports my small business. 🤍 These policies are simply in place to protect my time, my income, my business and also my own feelings!

Thank you to all of my lovely clients who respect my time, my policies and me — it truly means so much. 🫶✨
