The best of everything, all in one treatment.

Things I’ve loved this past month:

1. My magic potions. Taking care of my skin with teas. Particularly Marshmallow Root, Rose, Dandelion and Hibiscus
2. Microneedling with and Polynucleotides!! Before and afters have brought me so much joy.
3. Having so many trips to look forward to.
4. Women’s circle and belly massage. Connecting with other women and the power of the womb.
5. Trying out new treatments and getting all the massagesšŸ¤

One treatment I’ll always stand behind is LED therapy with Celluma.

Unlike many LED devices on the market, Celluma is a medical-grade device that’s FDA-cleared and clinically backed, using blue, red, and near-infrared light to target a wide range of skin concerns.

Blue light helps calm active breakouts and reduce acne-causing bacteria, red light supports collagen production and skin renewal, and near-infrared works on a deeper level to calm inflammation and support healing within the skin.

LED is amazing as a standalone treatment when treating more reactive or compromised skin conditions like active acne, rosacea, inflammation, or sensitised skin that needs a gentler approach.

It’s also one of my favourite add-ons alongside other treatments to help calm the skin, speed up recovery, enhance results, and support overall skin health.

One of those treatments that genuinely works for everyone.

And of course, we can’t forget the GLOW it gives the skin afterwards.

Feeding my mind, body, and soulšŸŒ€šŸ«€šŸ¤

Facial massage isn’t just about depuffing, it’s about how the tissue is functioning underneath.

A lot of what looks like puffiness is actually stagnation. If you’re not following the lymph pathways properly, you’re just moving fluid around, not draining it.

But it’s not just lymph. If there’s tension in the muscles or fascia, especially around the jaw and cheeks, it can hold fluid in place and weigh the face down.

That’s why I focus on both. Releasing tension while supporting drainage is what actually changes how the face sits over time.

Missing my treatment room extra lately.
Taking this time to elevate everything behind the scenes so your next experience is even more transformative and calming than before.

Feeling extra grateful for where I am in life recently. Doing what I love and connecting with so many beautiful people.

Slaithwaite, I have some availability at the end of the month at

A lot of new clients are starting their chemical peel and microneedling journey. As per popular demand, I have received post-treatment kits to support your aftercare.

Liverpool, thank you so much to everyone for being patient with the new location. I have been spending this time working on new treatments and a restructure; new product lines, new machines, and new techniques.

I really have the best job in the worldšŸ«¶šŸ¼
