Beyoncé’s award-winning haircare brand Cécred is set to make its UK retail debut exclusively with Space NK, launching across 90 stores in the UK and Ireland from 22 September, as well as online.

Founded by Beyoncé, Cécred has built its reputation around science-led haircare designed to celebrate and support a wide range of hair textures, combining modern formulations with haircare traditions and heritage.

The UK launch marks another major international beauty brand entering the British market and Space NK is clearly continuing to strengthen its position as a destination for high-profile global beauty launches.

NBUK NEWS | Sephora UK is making beauty shopping quieter.

The global beauty retailer has announced the rollout of Quiet Hours across its European stores, creating a calmer shopping environment by reducing music and other sensory stimulation.

The initiative follows a successful pilot across 32 stores in eight markets and was developed with input from the neurodiversity community, including experts from Open Inclusion and Purposeful Future Enhancement Foundation

With Sephora now operating across the UK, including stores in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Edinburgh and beyond, the move is particularly relevant to British beauty shoppers.

It’s another sign that beauty retail is starting to think beyond products and about how the shopping experience itself can become more accessible and inclusive.
