💜 A Little Appointment Reminder 💜

Just a friendly reminder about appointment times and cancellations at Designer Nails by Natasja.

These guidelines apply to ALL appointments during my normal working hours, but I particularly want to highlight Saturday and Sunday appointments, as these are days I will sometimes open especially to accommodate clients outside of my usual working hours.

⏰ PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and you may be running late — that’s life! All I ask is that you send me a quick message to let me know.

I allow a maximum of 15 minutes’ leeway.

If you haven’t arrived within 15 minutes of your appointment time and haven’t contacted me to let me know you’re running late, your appointment will unfortunately be cancelled.

💅 RUNNING LATE MAY MEAN SIMPLIFYING YOUR DESIGN

If you arrive late, please understand that your appointment will still need to finish at the originally scheduled time, particularly when I have another client booked straight after you.

This may mean that intricate or time-consuming nail art will need to be simplified to fit into the time remaining.

I don’t want to rush your nails, and it’s also important that the next client’s appointment isn’t delayed because an earlier appointment started late.

📱 TEXT & EMAIL REMINDERS

I’ve checked with many of my clients and confirmed that appointment reminders are being received by both text and email.

If you aren’t receiving your reminders, please let me know so I can check that I have the correct details for you.

❗ CAN’T MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT? PLEASE MESSAGE ME

Plans change, emergencies happen and sometimes you simply can’t make an appointment — I completely understand.

But please, just send me a message.

A no-show appointment is time that could have been offered to another client, and a quick message really does make all the difference.

💜 SATURDAY & SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS

I will sometimes open up a Saturday or Sunday specifically to accommodate clients, even though these aren’t part of my usual working hours.

When I do this, I’m giving up some of my own personal or family time to fit appointments in, so I do ask that these appointment times are respected.

The same 15-minute, late-arrival and no-show guidelines apply to ALL appointments, whether they’re during my normal working week or an additional Saturday/Sunday appointment.

Finally, a huge thank you to the vast majority of my lovely clients who arrive on time, let me know if they’re running late and give me notice when plans change.

It really is appreciated. 💜💅
