PRP and PRF both begin with your own blood — but they’re not exactly the same. 🤍
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is prepared from a small sample of the client’s own blood and can be used as part of a personalised approach focused on supporting skin quality and natural-looking rejuvenation.
I often get asked about the difference between PRP and PRF — and which one I would choose.
The answer? It depends on your skin, the area we’re treating and what we’re trying to achieve.
That’s why I don’t believe in choosing a treatment simply because it’s trending. The treatment should fit the client — not the other way around.

I hear this more often than you might think.
Many of my clients aren’t looking to change their features. They simply notice that their skin doesn’t feel quite as fresh, hydrated or firm as it used to — and they want to do something for their skin without looking “done”.
Today, one of my regular clients returned for her Xela Rederm treatment — a treatment she chooses to repeat because she personally loves how her skin looks and feels afterwards.
Xela Rederm combines hyaluronic acid and succinic acid and can be incorporated into an individual treatment plan focused on hydration and overall skin quality.

Mesotherapy deserves a comeback. ✨
With so many new and advanced skin treatments available today, sometimes we forget about the treatments that have been part of professional skin care for years.
Needle mesotherapy is one of them. 🤍
I often use it as part of a wider skin plan — particularly when the skin needs support with hydration, freshness and overall skin quality, or when we’re planning a course of other skin-focused treatments.
Depending on the individual skin and the formulation selected, mesotherapy can deliver carefully chosen ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, vitamins and amino acids directly into the skin.
And after the summer months, when skin can often feel dehydrated, dull or simply in need of some extra attention, it can be a lovely way to begin an autumn skin plan. 🍂
