Hello it's only me , I've been a bit of a stranger 👋🏼
Life has been so hectic these last couple of weeks, I took a break from social media, I'm ok , nothing to worry about, it's just this page is so personal to me and my slimming world group, that I just needed a little personal space 💗
So after a fabulous call this morning with NAT , I said it's got to the point now I'm scared to post on my own page now , and she said just post anything.

Well today I needed a bit of self care , so i walked into my hairdressers and basically said HELP , before I cut all my hair off, this year has been so busy that it was just before my birthday in December I had it cut last, it was long, lifeless and doing my head it , it was really getting me down, think only a woman would understand this, so the wonderful Amelia talked me through my options, She was so polite, friendly, caring and really listened to my concerns and a bit of self pity, and she worked her magic hands and wow, it feels fresh, and full of life again.
I really dragged myself in their , but I walked out with my head up high and had a big a smile 😁
So thankyou ladies, you don't realise how much you pick someone up , THANKYOU 😘💋
