There really is no better feeling than knowing you’ve made a positive difference to someone’s life, especially when they’ve been struggling with pain for such a long time.

I absolutely love my job but it’s moments like these that remind me just how rewarding it really is. Being able to help people feel better, move more comfortably and get back to feeling like themselves is something I’ll never take for granted.

I put so much care, time and energy into what I do and receiving messages like this genuinely means the world to me.

A little bit about me 🤎

I realised recently that I don’t actually share that much about myself on here. I’m usually behind the camera, talking about treatments, the space and all the exciting things happening with GG Massage Therapy- so I thought it was probably time for a little update on the person behind it all.

Today I had a little gap in my diary and decided to do something I don’t always make enough time for… absolutely nothing 😂

I sat outside in the sunshine, fresh faced, got some fresh air, had a coffee from Celia Smith (brown sugar shaken espresso 🤌🏼) and just enjoyed having a quiet moment in the middle of the day. ☀️

If you’re new here, I’m Gemma 👋🏼 I’ve been working in massage for 17 years and went fully self-employed with GG Massage Therapy last year. Since then, it’s grown and changed so much and I’m really enjoying creating something that feels completely me.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with Winnie, my little sidekick 🐾, somewhere near the sea, drinking coffee, swimming, spending time with my favourite people or dreaming up the next idea for the business 😂

I’m definitely someone who is always thinking about what’s next, so today I’m enjoying this little pause before getting back to it.

Welcome to my office… 🚗☕️🌊

My car has somehow become my favourite place to get work done. When I’ve got admin piling up, I’ll often grab a coffee, park up somewhere peaceful and just get my head down.

No distractions, no interruptions just me, a podcast and a few hours of getting things ticked off the list so if you ever see me sat in my car for ages this is what I’m doing 😆

And when your office comes with an ocean view… I really can’t complain. 🤎🌊✨
