✨ Cancellation fees aren’t about making money, they’re about respecting time. ✨
When you book with me, that time is reserved exclusively for YOU. 🤍 And unlike some industries, beauty doesn’t have a queue of walk-in clients waiting to fill a last-minute cancellation.
When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, that’s often lost time, lost income and costs that still need covering.
Of course, I understand that life happens! 🫶🏼 But respecting my time, my business and my boundaries is just as important as me respecting yours.
It’s not just a slot in my diary; it’s my livelihood. Thank you for supporting my little business and understanding these boundaries. ✨
Just a girl with a wax pot, a skincare obsession and bills to pay. 💅🏼😂
Thankfully, my job ticks at least one box… 😉✨

Forever grateful to my clients taking the time to write kind words.

THE HORRORS I HEAR IN THE SALON…
“Just a little confession… I’ve been tweezing.”
“I may have picked my gel off…”
“I know you said not to, but… 👀”
GIRL. WHAT. HAVE. YOU. DONE. 💀😂
The way you confess your crimes like I’m not about to find the evidence anyway 😬😭
Your beauty therapist is not here to judge… but believe me, I know without you telling me!
🎰✨ Vegas, you’ve been a blast… but apparently I have a business to run! 😂🥂
Back to reality today, travelling home with a suitcase full of memories (and probably a questionable sleep schedule). ✈️💃🏼
Normal Glow & Tonic service resumes Tuesday! 🤍
Until then, please imagine me horizontal. 😂🫶🏼
Running a business on your own is basically:
💆♀️ Therapist
📱 Content creator
📸 Photographer
🧹 Cleaner
📋 Receptionist
💸 Accountant
🧠 Chief Rememberer of Everything
…and somehow I’m still meant to remember to take a BEFORE photo. 😂
So if I ever ask you to help me get a pic/video… congratulations, you’ve been promoted to Glow & Tonic content team. 🤣🫶🏼
