Why do I encourage a face to face consultation before aesthetic treatments? 🤍

Because the best treatment plan starts with understanding you!

It gives me time to assess your skin and facial anatomy in person, discuss your concerns and understand what you’re hoping to achieve!

We review your medical history, medications and previous treatments to assess suitability, then talk through the options, realistic results, risks and aftercare

It’s also your chance to meet me, ask questions and feel comfortable, with time to decide and no pressure to book.

Sometimes I’ll recommend a different treatment. Sometimes I’ll advise against treatment altogether. Honest advice is part of looking after you!

Yes, you can microneedle at home. You can also ask Dr Google instead of seeing a professional… neither is a good idea 🤣🤣

My experience as a nurse practitioner taught me the importance of proper assessment, clinical knowledge and knowing when something isn’t right!

Yes, your skin can become glowier, more hydrated, refreshed and healthier looking… but real skin still has imperfections.

Beth’s before and after doesn’t need to be dramatically different to show progress. The goal of microneedling isn’t to leave your face bright red or completely change your skin overnight. Redness afterwards is normal, but more redness does NOT mean better results.

I’m the perfect example. My scarring, hydration, skin barrier, the way my makeup sits and most importantly my confidence have improved SO much since being consistent with microneedling and regenerative treatments.

But is my skin perfect? Absolutely not!!! Nobody’s is!

It’s about healthier, stronger, more hydrated skin over time. Consistency > perfection!

And brides… please don’t wait until the month before your wedding!!!

I think half the industry know I’m a lover of good documentation, believe me when I say it stands you in good stead!

You’ll rely on it for days/ weeks / months to come!

PLUS, if I didn’t document what my client had, units, where, what they were like… etc, I would forget 🤣 I run at 100mph and so does my brain.
