10 year glow up ✨

2016 - junior doctor at BRI. Stressful 13-hour shifts, exhausted, and looking tired. Non existent upper lip (wow humbling), didn’t use SPF.

2026 - after a decade of aesthetic treatments focused on full-face rejuvenation and improving overall skin health.

The goal was never to look different, just fresher, healthier, and more refined with time. I noticed the biggest changes to my face after periods of stress (exams, pregnancy) and it really got me down. This is when I started focusing on myself to look better and more importantly feel confident.

I’m often asked what happens after years of treatments. The truth is, when treatments are done strategically and with intention, the outcome can be subtle, natural, and long-lasting. You still look like yourself, just well rested, healthy, and ageing gracefully while looking your best.

And ageing doesn’t have to mean looking older. With the right approach, you can actually look better than before - with a little help along the way 😜
