Those I see on this date will be carried out the following weekend which is my last shifts before I finish.

Chin and jawline filler using 3ml of dermal filler.

The aim here was to project the chin forward to improve facial proportion and balance, blending into the jawline to create a more contoured and defined lower face.

Such a natural result but the difference in the profile is really clear. This is exactly why I love this treatment - it works with your features rather than changing them.

I honestly can’t believe I’ve had Dill with us since July and I’ve never properly introduced her! 🙈

So, meet Dill (real name Dillon!) our wonderful Clinic Coordinator and Receptionist, and quite honestly one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. 🥹💗

Dill has become such a special part of our Aesthetic Angels family. She is the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes, welcomes our clients with the biggest smile and is always there to help wherever she’s needed.

And she isn’t stopping there✨
Dill is currently training across several different aspects of the clinic, learning more and more about what we do and developing her skills within the aesthetics industry.

Chin filler and this is why proportion matters.

When we place filler in the chin, we’re not just adding volume. We’re working with your facial structure to create balance. In this case, the aim was to extend the chin downward to improve the vertical proportion of the face and create a more oval facial shape. A softer, more balanced lower face that works with the client’s natural features rather than changing them.

Facially, we ideally want the face to be divided into equal thirds - forehead, mid face and lower face. When the chin is shorter, the lower third can look compressed and the face can appear rounder. Adding length and projection to the chin restores that balance and creates a more harmonious overall appearance.

Chin filler can also be used to improve the side profile, adding forward projection to balance the nose and lips when viewed from the side.
