We’ve already hosted our Floating Sound Baths at Jack Hunt Swimming Pool, and after an incredible summer at Peterborough Lido, we’re heading back indoors this November.

Synergy Body & Mind are proud to be the team behind the original Floating Sound Bath experiences in Peterborough, working with Vivacity across their venues and building these events in the city over the past year.

You’ll float comfortably on your own bed while crystal singing bowls, gongs and therapeutic instruments surround the pool, creating an immersive hour of deep rest and relaxation.

No swimming involved. No need to wear swimwear. Just arrive, get comfortable and switch off.

And there’s plenty more to come. We already have Peterborough Lido dates arranged for Summer 2027, so we’ll be back outside next year too.

Ilkley Lido, Summer 2026 🤍

Golden evenings, open skies and a pool full of people taking an hour completely for themselves.

Ilkley has been a huge part of our outdoor Floating Sound Bath season this year, and we’re incredibly grateful to the team at Ilkley Lido for making these sessions possible. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to allow us to bring these evenings to the pool, and their support means a great deal to us.

We’re just as grateful to every single person who has booked, turned up, trusted us with their time and floated with us this summer. These events only exist because people choose to come and experience them, and we never take that support for granted.

We’re already working behind the scenes on next summer’s Lido dates, including the launch of our new 2027 Lido Priority Passes.

For now, a little look back at some of our favourite Ilkley evenings from this summer.

SANCTUARY: Scent, Breath & Sound

This October, SANCTUARY returns to Left Bank Leeds for an intimate evening created in collaboration with NEOM and Totally Barking Transformations.

Set within one of Leeds’ most beautiful and atmospheric venues, this limited-capacity experience has been designed to feel spacious, restorative and deeply considered from the moment you arrive.

You’ll have your own luxury double air bed, blanket and eye mask, allowing you to fully settle into an evening of aromatherapy, guided breathwork, Reiki-infused sound and deep relaxation.

NEOM will be taking guests on a sensory scent journey, Nic from Totally Barking Wellbeing will lead the breathwork experience, and Emma from Synergy will host the immersive sound journey, weaving Reiki healing through the bowls throughout the session.

During the sound bath, Nic will also offer optional hands-on Reiki for guests who would like to receive it, adding another deeply nurturing layer to the experience.

Your evening also includes complimentary herbal tea, a NEOM x Synergy goodie bag including a crystal and Palo Santo, £15 to spend at the private NEOM pop-up shop, and time to browse the collection after the session.

With only 30 spaces available, SANCTUARY is intentionally kept small to create a more exclusive, unhurried experience with plenty of space around each guest.

We’ve loved bringing our Floating Sound Baths to Jubilee Park this season. There’s nothing quite like lying back on the water, wrapped up under a blanket, with the sound travelling around the pool and the sky stretching out above you.

These photos sum it up perfectly. Calm water, huge skies, beautiful evening light, and a pool full of people completely switching off for a while.

This definitely isn’t the end either. We’re already in talks with the team at Jubilee Park for next year, and we’re hoping to have a number of dates confirmed and ready for Spring/Summer 2027.

So, if you joined us this season, thank you. And if Jubilee Park is still on your Floating Sound Bath wish list, hopefully you’ll have plenty of chances to join us in 2027.

In just a couple of weeks we’ll be bringing our Floating Sound Bath experience to Hilsea Lido for a very special weekend of outdoor sessions.

Imagine lying back on your own floating air bed, surrounded by water, while the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments move across the pool around you.

We have three sessions across the weekend:

Saturday 19th September & Sunday 20th September

These outdoor floating sessions are always something special, and with the season beginning to change, this is one of your last chances this year to experience a sound bath under the open sky.

We’d love to see some new faces in Portsmouth and make our first weekend at Hilsea a beautiful one.

Hilsea Lido

Our Floating Sound Bath returns to the beautiful Beverley Road Baths this October, just as the darker evenings and cosy season begin.

You’ll float effortlessly on the warm water while being immersed in the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other therapeutic instruments.

No swimming. No movement. Nothing to do except lie back, switch off and let the water and sound hold you for a while.

If autumn has you craving a little more rest, calm and time away from the noise of everyday life, this one is for you.

Peterborough, what a way to end our outdoor season. ☀️

We held our final outdoor Floating Sound Bath at Peterborough Lido this weekend, and the weather really did give us the most beautiful send-off.

Floating beneath an open sky as the sun slowly disappeared behind the lido, surrounded by sound and stillness… this is exactly why Peterborough has become such a special part of our summer calendar.

And although this was our final outdoor session for 2026, it definitely isn’t goodbye.

We’re already in conversation with Vivacity about our 2027 season, as well as exploring some exciting indoor possibilities that could bring Floating Sound Baths to Peterborough through autumn and winter too.

Thank you to everyone who joined us at the lido this year. We’ve loved every one of these evenings.

Floating Sound Bath at Brightwater Reservoir ✨

Wednesday 9th September

We’re heading back to Brightwater, and this time we’re taking the sound bath onto the water.

Choose your experience:

💧 Floating Sound Bath
Relax on one of our floating beds, surrounded by open water, fresh air and the sounds of the instruments travelling across the reservoir.

🌿 Lakeside Sound Bath
Prefer to stay on dry land? Bring your mat, blankets and cushions and settle in beside the water for the same live sound experience from the lakeside.

Brightwater is such a beautiful setting for sound. Open skies, still water and plenty of space to switch off for a while.

Floating spaces are limited, with lakeside spaces also available.

Our Sound & Scent collaboration with NEOM Leeds brings together sound, scent and a beautifully considered wellbeing experience in the heart of the city.

Our next event takes place on Sunday 27th September, where we’ll be offering a chakra cleanse sound bath with guided meditation, created to leave you feeling grounded, rebalanced and deeply relaxed.

Tickets are £25 per person and include £15 to spend in store afterwards, along with a private shopping experience at NEOM.

We’re also exploring some exciting future collaborations together, including Floating Sound Baths and luxury air bed sound bath experiences.
