Elegant Avenue The Spa

Good evening, everyone 💚

Just another little update to keep everyone in the loop.

We are still working tirelessly through all messages and processing refunds as quickly as we possibly can. We had hundreds of amazing customers, and we want to reassure you all that we are doing everything we can to get everyone’s refunds sorted.

As we’ve mentioned previously, this process is going to take a few weeks, as there are a lot of messages and refunds to work through each day. We kindly ask that you please refrain from sending multiple messages, as this makes it more difficult for us to work through everything efficiently.

It has only been just over a week since we closed our doors, and we are doing our absolute best to get through everything as quickly as possible. We completely understand that everyone is waiting for their refund, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding and continued kindness during this time.

Thank you again to everyone for your support. It really does mean so much to us. 💚

Another update!

We are still making our way through a list of hundreds of message for refunds so please bare with us.

If anyone would like to swap their voucher for a treatment with Tilly from now until the end of October please message.

Thank you ❤️

A little refund update ❤️

We just wanted to put another update out to reassure everyone that we are still working our way through all of the refund messages.

We have hundreds of messages to get through, and we are genuinely doing our absolute best to process everyone as quickly as we can. We massively appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through this incredibly difficult time for us.

Please don’t panic if you haven’t had a response to your message yet. We are opening messages as we process each refund, rather than replying to every single message with an acknowledgement. This is the only way we can keep track of what we have and haven’t dealt with and make sure nobody gets missed.

We are also working through the messages backwards, so please be aware that sending multiple messages will unfortunately move your conversation back towards the end of the list and can slow the process down further.

We completely understand that people are understandably anxious to receive their refunds, and we promise we are not ignoring anyone. We are working through them as quickly and carefully as we possibly can.

CASH VOUCHERS WILL ALSO BE REFUNDED!

Please make sure you are sending your bank details for a refund as we are being delayed due to asking for bank details to process refunds

Thank you so, so much for your patience, kindness and understanding. It genuinely means a lot to us. ❤️

Good morning.

We just wanted to let everyone know your refunds are our priority however this is not a quick thing, so please allow a few weeks for us to process them all.
Only message once please.
We can ensure you will all receive a full refund.

Please be patient ❤️

🧡Just a reminder you MUST have proof of purchase

🌿 MORNING EVERYONE 🌿

It is with a very heavy heart that we have to share some sad news. 💔

As of today, Elegant Avenue The Spa will sadly be closing its doors for good.
All booking will be cancelled and refunded.

We have worked incredibly hard and put our hearts and souls into our little family-run spa, and this has not been an easy decision. Unfortunately, due to family reasons, we feel that closing is the right decision for us at this time.

We would like to say a massive thank you to every single person who has supported us, visited us, purchased a voucher, recommended us, shared our posts or simply followed our journey. ❤️

We genuinely appreciate every bit of support we have received over the years. We have met some amazing people and created so many lovely memories, and we will always be grateful for that. 🥹❤️

🎟️ VOUCHERS & BOOKINGS

All vouchers and existing bookings will be refunded as soon as possible.

Please bear with us as this is going to take some time to process, and we kindly ask everyone to follow the simple steps provided to arrange their refund.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause, and we really appreciate your patience and understanding while we work through everything.

Once again, from the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU for supporting our little family business. ❤️

Lots of love,
The Elegant Avenue The Spa Team 😘
