This comforting, warming & grounding blend is giving me all the Autumn vibes! I've been using this combination a lot this week and I can't get enough of it!

I received this lovely wee message today, and I wanted to share it here as a tiny insight into what I do (or hope to do) for anyone that's never been for a treatment with me before.
If you're looking for deep tissue, sports or remedial work, I'm not the one for you. I'm always happy to refer you on to other fantastic therapists who do this work.
If you're looking for a space to breathe, relax, be nurtured and bring some calm to your nervous system then I'm your gal!
I only work Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, so spaces are limited. But please do drop me a message if you'd like to book in (I'm not the best at updating my page).

10 years ago today I welcomed the first person to Taylor Made Holistics!
I'm very grateful to everyone who has stepped through the door and brought laughter, tears, hugs, conversations and not to forget the snoring & drooling! 😆
A lot has changed over the years. It's not always been easy keeping things going with lifes challenges. One thing that hasn't changed since day one is the warm welcome you will always receive when you step through the door, whether you've been here from the very beginning or are just passing through. That will never change.
Thank you for making me smile over the years, and if I've made you smile, leave one in the comments. Or if you have any memories from your time here you'd be happy to share, I'd love to hear them.

**Update Censers now sold and only 1 x Water & Spirit Incense left**
I have a couple of Starchild of Glastonbury handmade incense censers & some natural incense available.
Censers are £5 each
Natural Incense £2 each
The censers are rustic, the marks naturally occur in the making process.
A pack of charcoal discs will be included with any purchase.

Who else can't get enough of the smell of honeysuckle at the moment? It's one of my favourite scents 💚

Belated Happy Summer Solstice to you all 🌞 And what a glorious day it was! I had a perfect evening at Lake of Menteith with a fab bunch of ladies, huge thanks to Jen at Tranquility21 for organising 💛

Pretty much every day I work in my treatment room involves creating essential oil blends for all the lovely people coming in to see me. But it's been so long since I've created a magical little blend just for me. I thought I'd share a wee insight into the process, and it's a reminder to myself not to leave it so long the next time! 💚🌱💧✨

I've been having a bit of a clear out and have some books on the move, I thought I'd offer them up here before they go to the charity shop. If anyone would like any of these let me know, they're free but I have a little Strathcarron donation box so you can pop a little offering in it, if you'd like to. All in great condition (some never read).
I also have a couple of oracle decks and a lotus flower tealight holder, I'd take £5 each (ONO) for these.
