After receiving an increasing number of enquiries from students in Edinburgh and surrounding areas, we’re now preparing our first Edinburgh training dates.

Our accredited, hands-on courses are taught in small groups with plenty of practical training, ongoing support and certification on successful completion.

DREAMSTATE — INTO DARKNESS

Into Darkness is all about switching off, letting go and getting away from the constant noise for 75 minutes.

You’ll enter a darkened room, get comfortable, put your headphones on and be guided through an immersive relaxation experience while the room transforms around you.

This session will combine guided visualisation, ASMR, Reiki, sound healing, aromatherapy and immersive projection.

The journey starts by taking you deeper into the darkness, slowing everything down and helping you let go of the mental load, the overthinking and everything you’ve been carrying.

Then, towards the end, we’ll slowly bring you back towards the light.

There’s no massage, no treatments and nothing you need to do.

You don’t need to talk.
You don’t need to participate.
You don’t even need to try to relax.

Just get comfortable, close your eyes and let us take you through it.

If you’re someone whose head never seems to switch off, this was made for you.

Our next DreamState journey is here.

As the nights grow darker, we're inviting just five guests to leave the outside world behind and step into 75 minutes of complete escape.

Your own cosy bed. Headphones on. Lights down.

You'll be guided through an entirely new immersive journey combining deep relaxation, gentle breathwork, sound, aromatherapy, Reiki and therapeutic touch.

Into Darkness is about slowing down, letting go of the noise and finding stillness within it.
