I’ve always tried to listen and not make friends I didn’t go on nights out I avoided attending events as I’ve always been worried I’d be taken advantage of .. I learnt that you can set boundaries and be friends with your girls too.

Bleaching your hair with nanos in is absolutely a huge no no this will cause so much damage in the long run and overall you don’t end up with a nice finish 🙃

I started doing lauren dudleys daily devotions she’s a huge believer in feminine energy and how we lose that by spending so much time on our phones and daily life.

I truly believe in self care and looking after our energy.

If you know me my favourite saying is energy doesn’t lie ..

But how can you be the best version of yourself pouring into someone else’s cup?

They say never mix friendships and business but I go to breakfast with my girl every month!

Years ago I let friendships affect my business and looking back I probably let them take advantage of me. I learnt boundaries fast and I still hold those today

Since then I’ve built some of the best friendships with my girls.

I say f**k it let’s be friends!
