A little housekeeping from KM Skin…

As the clinic gets busier, protecting Kara’s appointment time and keeping the diary fair for everyone becomes even more important.

The main update is around rescheduling.

We completely understand that life happens and plans change — but repeatedly moving the same appointment has a knock-on effect on the whole diary.

From now on, appointments can be rescheduled once only, with more than 24 hours’ notice. If the rearranged appointment needs moved again, a new booking payment will be required to secure another appointment.

We’ve also included everything you need to know about deposits, cancellations, Bespoke Consultations, anti-wrinkle reviews and attending the clinic in the slides above.
