look at my goals from the previous month and see what I have and haven’t achieved. This then allows me to tweak my goals for the next month, as then I know what is achievable!✨

✨Most of my goals this month are revision based as exam season is coming up!
✨But I also have personal goals, work goals and fitness goals!
✨For example, my marathon training programme restarts this month!
✨And with gyms hopefully opening this month I’ll be able to properly get back into weight training! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼
