Sometimes achieving the best result means taking a step back before moving forward.

This client presented with filler migration and asymmetry from previous treatments. Following a thorough assessment, we opted for an elective dissolve to remove migrated product and create a cleaner foundation. Once the tissues had healed appropriately, we proceeded with a carefully planned refill to restore balance, definition, and natural-looking volume.

This journey highlights the importance of treating the lips as a long-term process rather than a one-time treatment. Correcting previous filler, respecting tissue health, and rebuilding gradually can often produce the most beautiful and sustainable results.
