The most powerful voice is our own. Its the voice our subconscious is most accepting of cos it's always been there. Be kind to yourself. Give thanks to your magnificent self. Namaste x

Love and cherish yourself. How can you expect others to love and cherish you if you don't extend those virtues to your magnificent self? Namaste x

Throughout my NO HANDS Massage Training, I've learnt that the Client has all the power. All the healing comes from within. Yes I do the massage, but only the client can release. Who else but the client is the expert of their own body? Using persuasion and encouragement, inviting and responding, ebbing and flowing with the tissues ..... to witness Clients realise their own power, is a true honour. Wouldn't you like to discover your body's true potential? An easier way to be? A physical comfort and release that is unbelievably powerful (yet painfree)?. A permission to let go? Cherish yourself, your mind, body and soul. Because I will. Every time x
