Last night, we launched an appeal for a terminally ill groom whose greatest wish is to marry the love of his life and spend a precious day surrounded by family, friends, and the people who mean the most to him.

Sadly, we received very little response, so tonight we're reaching out once again and asking for your kindness, your support, and your shares.

We are a charity based entirely on the generosity of wedding suppliers and supporters. Without your help, we simply cannot make these special days happen.

Last year, The Renfrewshire Toy Bank received almost 4,000 referrals for children’s presents – which is heartbreaking. So, we have teamed up with Vienna’s Nightclub to bring you The Big Paisley Businesses Christmas Party, helping to raise funds and collect toy donations to support their amazing work.

This is a great chance for local businesses to get together, enjoy a fun afternoon and get into the Christmas spirit. The party takes place on Sunday 6 December and runs from 2:30pm to 7:30pm. We know Vienna’s have a special guest DJ lined up.

There will also be a Giant Advent Calendar, where you can pay £10 to open a door and win a prize, with every single penny going straight to The Renfrewshire Toy Bank.
