Once you’ve registered and logged in, you’ll see your personal booking page - just like the one shown below. From there, click “Book New Appointment” to access our diary and choose a date and time that suits you best - quick, simple, and convenient!

Want a deeper, longer-lasting glow from your sunbed session? It’s not just about the time on the bed - what you do after matters just as much!

Here’s how to care for your skin properly after your tanning session:

⏳ Wait Before Showering! Although you can shower straight away, it’s best to wait AT LEAST 4 hours.
This allows:
⏳Tanning accelerators to fully absorb into your skin
⏳Your pores to close naturally after heat exposure
⏳Melanin production (the process that deepens your tan) to continue without interruption

🚿 Choose the Right Water Temperature.
Hot showers can strip moisture from your skin and cause your tan to fade faster. Stick to lukewarm water to keep your skin balanced and your glow intact.

💧 Moisturise Immediately After showering.
Once you’re out of the shower, gently pat your skin dry and apply a good moisturiser straight away.
This:
💧Locks in hydration
💧Helps prevent dryness
💧Keeps your tan looking smooth and even for longer

🚫 Avoid Exfoliating Right After.
Scrubs, exfoliating gloves, and harsh towels can remove the top layer of skin—taking your fresh tan with it. Wait a few days before exfoliating to avoid patchy fading.

Hydrated skin = longer-lasting tan. Drink plenty of water and keep moisturising daily for the best results - H**p nation has you covered!

Proper airflow also supports more consistent UV exposure, promoting a deeper, more even, and longer-lasting tan while helping minimize skin irritation.

We understand that life can get busy, and sometimes you may need to reschedule your sunbed appointment 🤍 If you do need to cancel or change your booking, we ask for at least 1 hour’s notice. This gives others the chance to check the diary and snap up that available slot, especially in our busier months!

Any no-shows or cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment time will be charged for. This will be applied as a 3-minute deduction for a first occurrence, and the full booking duration for any future missed appointments.

This isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly, but it’s necessary to help us run our business fairly and efficiently for us and all of our clients.
