My secret to a seamless blonde ✨

As much as foiling creates the foundation for the blend and brightness of a blonde, there’s always one small finishing touch I LOVE to add when creating a seamless result… and that’s a root tap.

I know what you’re thinking 🫣 why would you want to add more depth to the root after you’ve just spent ages foiling?!

I completely understand the concern, but hear me out…

A subtle root tap gently diffuses the colour at the root, creating a softer transition between the natural base and the lighter lengths.

It adds a touch of dimension, softens any harsh lines and gives the blonde a beautifully seamless lived in finish.

And the best part? As the colour grows out, that softer transition means the regrowth feels much less obvious and keeps the blonde looking beautifully blended for longer between appointments 😍

For me, it’s all about creating softness, dimension and a seamless grow-out rather than simply making the hair as light as possible.
