I am so thankful for what I have and all my lovely clients, existing and new ones yet to meet 💜

Grateful for what I once prayed for. 🤍🙏

Are there any fitness trainers that would consider holding a boxercise class in Munlochy Hall?

Also who would be interested in joining a class?

People will come and go, but the relationship you have with yourself will stay with you for life. The Buddha taught that lasting peace begins within. Speak kindly to yourself, protect your well-being, forgive your mistakes, and honor your own worth. When you learn to love the person in the mirror, you stop chasing approval and start living with genuine confidence and inner peace.

Love this 💜
