🚨 2 SKINCARE MYTHS I’M BUSTING 👀

There is SO much skincare information out there that sounds convincing… but that doesn’t necessarily make it true.

So let’s clear up two common ones:

MYTH 1: “Collagen skincare replaces lost collagen.”
Topical collagen can be a lovely moisturising ingredient, but it doesn’t simply pe*****te the skin and replace the collagen you’ve lost.

MYTH 2: “Medical-grade skincare is automatically better.”
“Medical-grade” isn’t a regulated skincare classification in the UK. The term itself doesn’t guarantee a product is stronger, safer or more effective.

The takeaway? Look beyond the marketing. Ingredients, formulation, concentration and evidence matter far more than the buzzwords on the bottle.
