Please remember that if you are unable to make your appointment, I kindly ask that you let me know with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Unfortunately, due to an increase in no-shows, I need to introduce the following policy:

✨ If you fail to attend an appointment without notice, your next booking will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

No-shows leave appointment times that could have been offered to other clients and have a significant impact on my small business.

Like many small businesses, the cost of products, supplies, training, and operating expenses has continued to rise, and this adjustment is necessary to allow me to continue providing the high-quality treatments, products, and service that you deserve.
