Peace at last

This is your reminder that this is how Sundays should feel...Yeah right! 😂

Kids, work, life! Who's weekends look like this?!

You can, however, schedule an hour out during the week when the kids are at school, maybe during an extended work lunch or on your day off

Make time for yourself
In these busy times, you've earned it x

Autumn 🍂 🥮 🍁

Maybe you're not the touchy, feely type

If you weren't sold by my treatment room with its cosy vibe, heated blanket, and gorgeous scented candles, then here are a few nail ideas to get you excited for the season x

I've been chasing my tail all day today! 😳

Mum life, clients, and general adulting means that socials have taken a back seat, again! (I'm currently typing this, finishing up my lunch, at 3pm! 🙈)

I was going to post about Fibrotherapy Massage, but you guys already know how amazing I think it is

So, if you've seen previous posts, please share with someone in need x

💜✨️ = 👌🏽What more is there to say?! X

Swipe ➡️ for eyebrows!!!

My friend is fair haired but has her hair coloured.
A quick brow tint matches them up perfectly, and saves her time getting ready each day as she's not having to use a brow pencil, or try and remove it later!

It also enhances shape and adds definition

I literally tweezed just a few hairs this time
What a difference!👌🏽

*we do sometimes wax to get rid of those super fine hairs and help makeup apply better

Autumn colours are creeping in 🍑

Nervous sytem overload 😔 - Fibrotherapy massage can help!

Although fibromyalgia/chronic pain is what this massage was specifically designed for, it can help with many other ailments

A lot of symptoms often overlap with other conditions such as ME, MS, ADHD and menopause

If any of these relate to you, please get in touch to discuss how you could benefit x

Availability tomorrow and Saturday @ 9.30 😌

I'm not quite ready to say goodbye to summer nails just yet 💔

This client had an early September holiday but didn't want the super brights of Summer as we transition into Autumn

'Cranberry' is the perfect colour for that in between phase
It's giving that rich, deep tone of autumn but with a touch of pink in a nod to the summer x
