Life doesn’t always go to plan. Sometimes we find ourselves at a crossroads, wondering what comes next.
I help people navigate those periods of transition, find clarity and confidently create their next chapter 🌿

thought I would re-introduce myself because there are a few new faces around here 👋🏼
I'm Steph — Health & Mindset Coach, PT, business owner and someone who believes that sometimes the biggest changes in life can become the start of something really good.
My career hasn't exactly been linear! I started in Law, then worked in children's fashion, ran a coffee & w**e bar for almost a decade, worked in the drinks industry and eventually took the leap into self-employment.
I've had my own periods of change, uncertainty and wondering “what now?” — and that's a big part of why I'm so passionate about helping other people through theirs.
✨ What I do
I help people navigate periods of transition — those moments when life changes and you find yourself questioning your identity, your direction and what comes next.
Career change, relationship breakdown, health challenges, empty nest, reaching a certain age… or simply feeling like the life you have doesn't quite fit anymore.
Because sometimes the hardest question isn't “what happened?” — it's “Who am I now?”
Through health & mindset coaching, I help you find clarity, rebuild confidence and confidently step into your next chapter.
🏋🏼♀️ And when I'm not working?
You'll probably find me training! I love CrossFit, strength training, running and having something to work towards.
I'm also happiest travelling, exploring new places, eating good food, finding somewhere nice for a glass of w**e, drinking good (Decaf) coffee ☕️ and spending time with the people I love.
I'm definitely not about a “perfect” healthy lifestyle. I believe health should fit around your life, not take it over.
So if you're new here, welcome 🤍
If you're navigating change, feeling a little stuck or wondering “what now?” — you're in the right place.
You haven't necessarily lost yourself.
You might just be becoming someone new.
Why not follow along 👇🏼

It’s World Smile Day 😁 — so here’s your reminder not to underestimate the power of a smile.
Smiling isn’t always just an automatic response to feeling happy. Sometimes, it can be a conscious choice.
And there are some interesting potential benefits too — from helping to reduce stress and lift your mood, to triggering the release of feel-good neurotransmitters.
So next time you’re having one of those days…
Take a breath.
Relax your shoulders.
And smile. 😁
It might feel a little ridiculous at first — but give it a go.
And if you want to make smiling more of a habit, choose a smile trigger during your day — making your coffee, getting in the car, opening your laptop — and use that moment as your reminder.
Because sometimes it’s the smallest habits that can create a little shift.
Now go and make someone smile today. ❤️

🍂 HELLO OCTOBER 🍂
A new month doesn’t mean you need to start again.
You don’t need a strict diet.
You don’t need to train every single day.
You don’t need to be “perfect”.
Instead, ask yourself:
✨ What would make me feel better this month?
✨ What small habit could I actually stick to?
✨ Where could I give myself a little more consistency?
Maybe it’s getting your steps up.
Maybe it’s eating more protein and fibre.
Maybe it’s getting stronger.
Maybe it’s prioritising sleep.
Maybe it’s simply being kinder to yourself.
Small changes, repeated consistently, can make a BIG difference.
So, October… let’s make it count. 🤎
What’s ONE thing you want to focus on this month? 👇
Stress isn’t just about feeling stressed… it can affect your whole body. 🧠➡️🫀
When you’re under stress, your body releases cortisol as part of its natural stress response.
That’s a good thing when you need it.
But when stress becomes chronic, your body can stay in that stress-response mode for longer than it was designed to — and that can have knock-on effects.
You might notice changes in:
😴 Sleep
⚡ Energy
🧠 Mood
🌸 Your menstrual cycle
❤️ Libido
And if you’re in your 30s or 40s and noticing that your body suddenly feels different, it’s worth looking at the whole picture rather than assuming you just need to “try harder.”
Stress management, good-quality sleep, nourishing food and movement that your body can actually manage all matter.
There’s no magic hormone-balancing hack.
There’s no one supplement that fixes everything.
Sometimes the basics are the most powerful place to start. 🤍
Save this for when you need the reminder — and send it to a woman who needs to hear it.
