Just popped into the salon to do Charlotte’s lashes 🤍 creating those subtle but effective lashes that make such a difference without looking too much.

And honestly, I loved working there 🥹 such a friendly, welcoming vibe. Everyone is so lovely and it already feels like such a nice place to be!

I’m so excited to finally start working from the clinic on the 26th and 27th of October and meet some new clients there. ❤️

Curly lashes can be challenging, but definitely not impossible 🤌🏻

When natural lashes have a strong or uneven curl, they can grow upwards, twist, overlap or point in completely different directions. This can make isolation and extension placement much more difficult than working with naturally straight lashes.

The key is not trying to fight the natural curl. Each lash needs to be isolated, assessed and placed carefully, taking its individual direction into account.

The right curl, length, weight and angle all matter too. Sometimes the lash map needs adjusting to work with the natural lashes rather than forcing them into a shape they won’t naturally support.

It can take more time and a little extra patience, but with the right technique, curly natural lashes can still have a clean, balanced and beautiful result. 🥰
