New Tagline - 'Body & Mind Aligned' 🚨

Four words to sum up my holistic approach to represent

♾️ Posture alignment.

♾️Connection between our emotional, spiritual,
physical and mental wellness.

♾️Self awareness that takes place when you give
yourself time to pause and reflect.

♾️Complex correlation between cells, organs,
tissues and systems in the human body.

♾️ Relationship we have with ourselves and others.

Wholesome day - Yoga on the Farm 🚜

Charity day to support the wonderfull Smiles Sensory Farm and Tranqulity Yoga 🧘🏻‍♂️

Yoga, tea, cake and spending time with animals 🚜

Such a calming place to connect with nature - chickens, goats, donkeys, ostrich, ducks, and pigs 🐖

It fills me with so much satisfaction, to witness a patient shift from debilitating pain to leading a fulfilling, balanced life, through patience, understanding and a holistic health/ lifestyle plan.🌿

Thank you for the kind review🙏🏽
