Although we all know daily SPF use is the best way to prevent the signs of aging, studies have shown that this only accounts for 24% of the reduction of wrinkles.
Therefore the best method is a combination of all the prevention methods!
Anti-wrinkle injections help prevent the formation of wrinkles by reducing over-expression of the facial muscles. But this only eliminates one causing factor!
We recommend healthy eating, regular sleeping pattern, hydration and daily SPF first then anti-wrinkle treatments if you feel you need a little boost.
