One of the benefits of having a broader massage qualification alongside my lymphatic training is that I can adapt the treatment to the individual, rather than simply performing a set lymphatic routine.

For an athlete, this can mean combining lymphatic techniques with more targeted deep tissue work on areas that are carrying tension or experiencing muscle tightness, such as the legs / back. While still keeping the overall treatment focused on supporting lymphatic flow and recovery.

It allows me to look at the body as a whole and tailor the pressure and techniques to what the client actually needs on the day.
