Client notice …

Hi everyone,

Just a little update regarding appointments.

From now on, all clients will be required to pay a booking deposit, whether you’re a regular client or not.

Since stepping down from the salon and letting Jamie take over, I’ve watched her kindness be taken advantage of for far too long. We’ve quietly reminded people about our policies, but unfortunately enough is enough.

When an appointment is cancelled at the last minute, it may seem like “just an eyelash appointment” to you, but to Jamie it’s her wage, her time, and an appointment that someone else could have booked. On too many occasions she’s been left waiting for clients to arrive or waiting for payments to be sent.

Going forward, payment is due before leaving the salon, just as you would pay before leaving Tesco or any other business. We are no different.

I genuinely mean this in the nicest way possible. We really appreciate every client who respects our time and supports our small business. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
