I used to ignore my jaw pain for years. I thought it was just a bit of tension from stress or poor posture. Clenching your jaw constantly puts immense pressure on your TMJ. Over time, it can lead to inflammation, tension headaches, facial pain, and even joint degeneration.
Now I help clients release deep tension in the jaw, neck, and face through my face sculpting and TMJ-focused massage treatments. Buccal Massage isn’t just about beauty-it’s about relieving pain, improving circulation, and preventing long-term issues like I experienced myself.
If you wake up with jaw tightness, tension headaches, or puffiness... your body is trying to tell you something.
Don’t wait until it becomes something more serious.
TMJ pain is more common than you think-and so is relief.

Gosh it’s been a while….
I have been so busy recently with home and work life that my page has taken a back seat. I am still here working away in the background.
Here is a little throw back to when I had the honour of doing this gorgeous wedding make up. From school friends to this, was a full circle moment 💞

Your body already has its own anti-inflammatory system. It’s called your lymphatic system.
MLD doesn’t fight it. It activates it.
It switches it back on when stress, swelling and tension shut it down.
Use it.
Support it.
And watch what happens when the inflammation reduces.

What if lymphatic results weren’t just about drainage - but about understanding the body first?
The body doesn’t simply hold fluid.
It holds tension. It holds protection. It holds stories.
Sometimes what appears to be “stagnation” is actually the nervous system asking for safety before it allows movement. Before encouraging the lymphatic flow, we learn to read the body. Working with fascia, the sensory receptors within the skin, muscular guarding and emotional holding patterns that can create restriction throughout the body.
When the tissues feel safe, the body often begins to soften - and that is when the draining process begins.

You can’t spend months holding onto inflammation, stress, poor sleep and fluid…
and expect one massage to erase it overnight!
The clients who get the best results don’t just book once. They make it part of their routine.
Lymphatic massage works.
Consistency is what makes it visible!

The wellness industry is about to change…
For years wellness focused on;
* weight loss
* anti-ageing
* skincare
* aesthetics
* supplements and devices
But the conversation is shifting!
The next decade of wellness will focus on inflammation. Because inflammation sits behind
^ fatigue
^ bloating
^ hormonal disruption
^ slow recovery
^ accelerated ageing
We are becoming more educated, asking deeper questions:
Why do I feel like this?
Why am I inflamed?
Why am I retaining fluid?
Why is my mind foggy?
Why does my body feel heavier?
This is where the lymphatic system enters the conversation. For decades it has been one of the most overlooked systems in the body. Wellness Is evolving, flow is the future 🩵

Your lymphatic system moves around 2-3 litres of fluid every single day. That’s a lot happening quietly every day. When it slows down your body really feels it.
Opening the lymph nodes at the start of a lymphatic drainage massage is important because it creates space for fluid to move.
The lymphatic system doesn’t have a central pump like the heart, so it relies on gentle stimulation and clear pathways. By activating key nodes first (like those in the neck, armpits, and groin), we help direct stagnant lymph fluid toward areas where it can be filtered and eliminated.
Without this step, we are essentially pushing fluid into a system that isn’t ready to receive it, which can limit the effectiveness of the treatment and even cause temporary congestion.
