Awareness is Our Everyday Exercise 🔑
From 👦 to 🦶, If You Can See It, Then You Can Fix It 💪
What is the best sitting position for you? The answer - YOU should know.
You should know how your spine is positioned for example, you should know what your neck is doing relative to your lower back.
If you know, you will understand why aches / pains happen. Most importantly, you will be able to figure out how to rectify this.
Our bodies will always try its best to adapt to any chair or any environment.
Awareness is truly one of the most important skills we possess, keep using it.
All the Best 😊

To be honest, my posture is not a problem, my posture HAD been trained unknowingly or maybe knowingly (subtle signs), to manage my environment as best as possible.
It may seem like managing is easy, because I am not experiencing pain or anything significant, though I feel tense frequently and I know my body is working extremely hard to maintain my environment without complication.
I know my spine is not straight. I know a lot of yours are not as too.
Over time, our spine develops these intricate positions (curvatures / shifts etc) as part of a pattern based on the demand. They form like a road map, starting somewhere and ending elsewhere, all in aid of BALANCE.
These unique patterns serve as our very own spine ID of USE through our lives. Ofcourse, nothing is permanent and ofcourse our posture can change and it does when we change our environment. This is our MAIN focus.
You see, my posture is not a problem because I am well aware of it. I know my spine ID, I know what happens when tension is becoming too much and what to do if it does.
This understanding I feel contributes tremendously to why I can get by in my environment without any significant issues.
I hope you also have the same awareness of your own spine ID so you can catch your pattern before it BECOMES a problem.
Though in most cases, a problem is required to gain awareness. Just know that we are here for you either way.
Everything is connected. We simply help you see it, because if you can see it then you can fix it.
Our core is our complex of integral strength and stability. One may question whether they can see it, though more importantly, one should question whether they can FEEL it.
Our core keeps us upright and then some, whilst we complete the most mundane and the most challenging of tasks in ANY environment we expose it to.
Like any group of muscles, it does tire - though a remedy of awareness, rest and training will rejuvenate it in no time.
Keep this in mind the next time you are asked the question “Do you think your core is weak?” or even when given the farfetched misstatement of “your core is weak” - ✌️💪
Your day may have more influence on your night than you think.
Getting some natural daylight during the day is one simple way to support your body’s vitamin D production- and it may also be part of a healthier sleep routine.
You don’t need hours in the sun. Step outside, enjoy a little daylight, and remember to protect your skin.
Sometimes, a better night starts with how you spend your day.

An injury to a knee leaves a memory in the tissues which feedback to the spine, hips and feet. Over time a pattern of protection emerges which becomes the new norm.
I know this too well. These are not the only exercises that help the knee, though these 3 are a daily staple for me, as I know not only am I maintaining my knee, but my spine, hip and feet health too!
If you have knee pain or knee stability issues (clicking etc) the following is a good amount of impetus - 10 reps x 2 sets - 1/2 times per week 👌
