☕💜 Monday morning thoughts from a very new business owner…

Nobody really prepares you for what it’s like opening your own little business.

One minute you’re feeling on top of the world because someone’s booked an appointment, left you a lovely review or told you how much they’ve enjoyed their visit.

The next you’re sitting there wondering whether you’re doing enough, posting enough, or whether people are even noticing what you’re trying to build. 😂

And I think that’s something we don’t talk about enough.

It’s exciting, it’s scary, it’s exhausting and sometimes it’s all three before you’ve even finished your morning coffee!

But do you know what?

I genuinely love what I’m building.

Every time someone new walks through my studio door, every time a client relaxes enough to just be themselves, every time someone leaves feeling a little better than when they arrived… it reminds me exactly why I started.

I never wanted to create just another nail salon.

I wanted somewhere people could come as they are. Somewhere you don’t have to feel awkward, rushed, judged or like you need to make conversation just to fill the silence.

Somewhere you can have beautiful nails, a little bit of self-care and an hour or two where the rest of the world can wait.

I’m still learning, still finding my feet and still figuring out this whole business-owner thing.

But one thing I don’t doubt is how much I believe in Christine’s Studio. 🦋
