It was great to be at the Little Book of Small Businesses 20 Market on Friday at SOUTHSIDE - thanks so much to Polly for putting on such a brilliant event!
So nice to see lots of lovely customers and to meet up with other fantastic makers, like our neighbour Victoria Spooner
Looking forward to the next one!

Creating some one off pieces, using a wax resist technique before applying colour through stains and handmade glazes.
You’ll find the finished pieces in store very soon, and why not come and visit us at the Little Book of Small Businesses 20 Market, taking place on Friday 18th September at SOUTHSIDE 6-9pm.
Images show a close up of Oli’s hands holding a Geo Espresso cup, painting on wax resist with a paint brush, along with another photo showing Oli from the side, in deep concentration. He’s wearing a grey sweatshirt.

Have you had a look at what’s in the window lately?
There’s been a full refresh over the weekend, with a re-stock on some classic favourites and additions of the brand new Super Blue glaze pieces.
We’re working on some exciting new things behind the scenes, and open again from 10.30am on Thursday at the studio shop at Waltham Windmill - see you then?
Images show a range of items displayed on wooden shelves in the window space of the shop. Light blue and sand colour Geo mugs, plant pots and trays, espresso cups and saucers and Classic mugs in both sizes.

Delighted to take these out of the kiln this morning.
featuring the locally inspired glaze, containing blast furnace waste from the Scunthorpe Steel Works.
I’ve been able to use the knowledge gained from the ‘Advancing Glazes’ course with Rose + Matt Katz to understand the chemistry and how the firing process alters the finished effect.
Large and standard sized Classic mugs are available now from the studio at Waltham Windmill
Images show a carousel of 3 photos, showing handmade ceramic mugs. The glaze used has formed into droplets which change in colour from a light brown, to glossy blues.

How much do you love the new blue glaze?
This has been a true labour of love and it’s taken a (long) while to get the application and finish just right.
Available in the studio now at Waltham Windmill or drop me a message for postal orders.
