From now on, any client who has previously been marked as a NO SHOW (not attending their appointment without any prior notice) will have any future appointment requests automatically declined.

I completely understand that things happen, but no-shows do not respect my time or the time I could have offered the appointment to another client. As a small business, I simply cannot continue losing income due to missed appointments.
