Soulistic Healing

💛Suicide Prevention Awareness Month💛

You don't always know what someone is carrying.

The person who makes everyone laugh may be struggling in silence.

The person who always says they're “fine” may be hoping that someone asks again.

The person who seems to have it all together may be feeling completely lost.

So be gentle.

Check in on your friends. Send the message. Make the phone call. Sit and listen without trying to fix everything.
Sometimes, people don't need the perfect words.
Sometimes, they just need to know that someone cares enough to stay.

And if you are the one struggling, please remember:
You are not alone. You are not a burden. You matter more than you know.

This month, and every month, let's choose kindness. Let's check in. Let's listen. Let's remind one another that it's okay not to be okay and that asking for help is always okay.

You never know how much a simple message, a listening ear, or a moment of compassion could mean to someone. 💛
