There’s a lot going on inside my brain at any given moment 😂

It feels like my mind is running at 100 miles an hour — ideas, plans, content, clients, bookings, things I need to do, things I could be doing… the list genuinely never ends.

And when you own a business, sometimes it feels like your brain just doesn’t have an off switch.

But then I’m with a client… and something changes. 🤍

For those few hours, everything else goes quiet. My brain calms down, I’m completely present, and I’m just doing what I love.

It genuinely feels like therapy for me. I’m in my element, creating, chatting, making people feel amazing — and for a little while, my brain just… switches off.

And I think that’s one of the biggest reasons I love what I do so much.

My business can be the thing that keeps my brain the busiest, but being with my clients is also the thing that makes it the calmest. 🥹🤍

I’ll never take that feeling for granted. 🫶🏻
