To secure your appointment, a £10 deposit is required at the time of booking.

💕 DEPOSITS

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Your deposit will be deducted from the remaining treatment balance.
• Appointments will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• If you fail to attend your appointment without giving notice, your deposit will be kept.
• You may be required to pay a new deposit before booking another appointment.
• Repeated no-shows may result in appointments being refused.

⏰ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES

• Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• With sufficient notice, your deposit can be transferred to one new appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being lost.

⏱️ LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean your appointment has to be cancelled, and your deposit may be lost.
