What a fabulous morning, the rain didnt stop my members and myself from doing the race for life, some of walked and some ran the 3k 5k and 10k, thanks everyone who donated, we will tally up the total and post later 🥰

How amazing does Hazel McGillvary look, now 7 and half stone lighter, food optimising has not only changed her way of eating, but now has the confidence to get out and socialise, coming to our Riddrie Masonic.... 5.30pm group with both her daughters has helped with support, hazel had now decided her target weight, which im excited to give her the award in group 🥰
