📋 Please read your chosen service description carefully before booking.

💳 New clients will be asked to pay a £30 deposit. This goes towards your treatment cost — you simply pay the remaining balance at your appointment.

📩 Your booking confirmation will arrive by email. Please read it carefully: it includes your appointment date, time, address, nail technician and important studio information.

🗓 Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A £30 fee applies to late cancellations, late rescheduling and missed appointments. For new clients, this is covered by retaining the deposit.
