Setting up for a prenatal massage this morning using the massage chair. The chair offers ultimate support for the body, keeps Mum upright to avoid fluctuations in blood pressure. Prenatal massage can also be done on a plinth with the Client laying on their side and pillow support but it can be quite uncomfortable.
Todays Client had a lovely light relaxing treatment incorporating the upper back, shoulders, neck and head.
