Since the business was taken over by Lorraine 18 years ago, we have worked hard to maintain the already high standards of our Barbers but also opened a Hairdressers inside too. This wee guy had a perm and his haircut by another salon, within days his hair was back to being straight. At Millars we only use the best products and so a dulcia perm was applied before we corrected the cut as best as possible ..
