Unfortunately, I showed up for work today and my client didnβt.
I sent a reminder yesterday with no reply. I messaged again this morning to double check they were still coming, again no reply. I still showed up just in case, but they never arrived and Iβve still had zero contact.
As I only take one full head client per day, a no show means Iβve lost a full dayβs work and a dayβs wage.
Iβve now cancelled the clientβs remaining appointments, which means I have some spaces available for anyone wanting to get started sooner or move their treatment forward.

All I ask is that you value my time as much as I value yours. I put a full day aside for every client so I can give them my complete attention and never rush their treatment.

QUALITY OVER QUANTITY. Always.
SMP isnβt something I believe should ever be rushed.
If youβre booked in with me for a larger full head treatment, chances are youβll be the only client I have booked that day. Thatβs intentional.
I want plenty of time to work on your scalp properly, take my time with every section and never feel like I need to rush because someone else is waiting to get through the door.
No appointments crammed together. No watching the clock. No unnecessary pressure.
Every scalp is different and every treatment deserves the time it needs to get the best result possible.
Iβve actually made the decision to take on fewer clients so I can continue raising the standard of the work I produce.
Iβm not interested in how many heads I can get through in a week.
Iβm interested in how GOOD I can make every head I do.
