Jordanne is naturally skilled and knows how hair works, and works with it. I'm really pleased with her approach, and the results, having had years of unsuccessfully trying to explain to hairdressers what I hope hair like mine (thick, wavy, clumpy) needs to look interesting but also be easily maintained. Excellent!
