This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, get to know what looks and feels normal for YOU. Check your breasts or chest around once a month, including up to your collarbones and under your armpits.

Look out for new lumps, skin or ni**le changes, unusual discharge, or changes in size or shape. If anything feels different, or you have breast or armpit pain that doesn’t go away, contact your GP. These changes often have other causes, but should always be checked 💗
