With 415 keeping me busier than ever (a lovely problem to have), I recognised that I needed some help running our regional group. And I’m not afraid to say that.

As nurses and business owners, we spend so much time supporting others, but we need support too.

That’s exactly what TNN is about: connection, collaboration and helping each other grow.

Our new co-leads are bringing their experience, fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the team. Sharing the leadership means more opportunities to connect, learn and create events that reflect what our North East members need.

A little treatment add-on that can make a lot of sense after some treatments that we do here ✨

So we encourage you to add on 30 minutes of LED Light Therapy onto many injectable and microneedling appointments (it’s not appropriate or beneficial, we’ll let you know)

LED can help support the skin’s natural recovery process, calm post-treatment redness and give your skin a little extra TLC while you’re already in clinic ✨

It’s not about adding another treatment for the sake of it & wasting your time! This is just us making your overall appointment feel a bit more considered & giving you the full 415 experience ✨💛

When I first took the plunge with 415, I had a vision, a lot of determination and absolutely no guarantee it was all going to work out 😂

Fast forward to now and the clinic has grown into something I’m genuinely proud of. Not just aesthetically, but in what sits behind it too!

Continued training, investment in clinically backed technology, professional skincare I genuinely believe in, and a huge focus on patient safety, education and natural results.

The branding has evolved. The space has evolved. I’ve evolved & grown with it too! 🌱

But the reason I started hasn’t really changed at all. I wanted to have a clinic where people feel comfortable, listened to and empowered to make informed decisions about their skin and treatments.

There’s still plenty I want to do, obviously. I’m incapable of sitting still for too long 😂😂😂

But looking at where it started versus where it is now?

WHY TAKING TIME OUT MATTERS

When you spend your working life looking after other people, it can be very easy to forget that you need looking after too.

Running 415, treating patients, teaching, learning and managing everything behind the scenes means life is usually pretty full.

Annual leave isn’t an indulgence.
It’s important but being constantly busy isn’t something I celebrate these days.

Rest from everyday gives us space to reset, reconnect and come back with more energy and the most productive thing you can do is simply stop for a while.

Im switching off in Ibiza for trance week with sunshine, music, good food, swimming, dancing and friends .

So for the next few days, I’m giving myself permission to properly enjoy my annual leave and I’ll see you all next week.

Thank you, as always, to my incredible patients for keeping 415 so busy and for allowing me to do a job that I genuinely love.

I’ll be back rested, recharged and ready for a very busy few months ahead.

But for now…

This is why I create lips that suit your face, proportions and existing shape than try to copy somebody else’s.

Good lip filler should feel individual, considered and still look like you. So bring me your goals, absolutely, but don’t worry about bringing me somebody else’s mouth as the blueprint! ✨💛
